The extensive selection of drinks available at the Browns’ bars ensure that our guests can always choose something to suit their mood or occasion, whether it be from the expertly compiled wine list, wide selection of perfectly chilled continental beers or the renowned Browns cocktail list.
Browns' wine list has a superb range with familiar and accessible New World wines, new and interesting grapes plus some fabulous classics from across Europe. We have great examples of Sauvignon Blancs, Chardonnays, Shiraz and Merlot plus introducing grapes such as Fiano, Zinfandel, Albarino, Pinot Gris and Viognier.
Our skilled bar tenders will ensure that cocktail lovers can enjoy one of over 40 Browns cocktails or create something specially for you.
Drink of the Moment
West Indian Yellow Bird
We wanted something similar to a Pina Colada but without the cream and blending. Come in an enjoy the taste of the summer!
Ingredients
25ml Appleton's V/X Rum
12.5ml Koko Kanu Coconut Rum Liqueur
12.5ml Galliano
125ml Pineapple Juice
Method
Shake all ingredients over ice then strain into a large glass full of cubed ice and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
