The nights are lighter and the sun is shining. Our Spring/Summer menu has been created to bring you dishes that fit our British seasons. We have mouth-watering classic dishes; created and served with a Browns twist.
On our main menu, our starters include a warm salad of pan fried chicken livers and black pudding, a pearl barley stuffed tomato and our very own prawn cocktail made with a lobster infused cocktail sauce.
Delicious main courses include our new Browns House salad which contains fresh summer ingredients such as Quinoa, edamame, blueberries, pomegranate and apple, a delicious duo of lamb, shepherd’s pie and lamb cutlets.
To finish, try our Vanilla panna cotta with Pimm’s & mint jelly or our Great British mess with clotted cream custard, meringue, strawberry compote and scone pieces - perfect for the British Summer.
