    We have chosen magnificent Manchester to open our first Bar & Brasserie in 8 years. Browns Manchester is on the corner of York St and Spring Gardens.

    We have converted the Athenaeum, formerly one of Manchester's most famous pubs but originally Parrs Bank one of the city's former opulent banking halls. The building was designed by Charles Heathcote in 1902 and is a superb example of Edwardian baroque with some increasingly fashionable art nouveau detailing, particularly in the wrought ironwork.

Our range of three "skinny" cocktails, includes the popular Mojito, so you can sip away and feel that little bit less guilty!
Zesty lime wedges muddled with mint, Bacardi Superior Rum and Agave syrup, topped up with a dash of soda and served over lots of crushed ice. The agave syrup is our "skinny" ingredient; a honey-like syrup alternative to sugar.
