    Following a major refurbishment in Spring 2011, we opened our doors as Browns for the first time in April. Since then we’ve established a reputation for serving beautiful food and stylish cocktails in the spacious restaurant and atmospheric bar area.

Our range of three "skinny" cocktails, includes the popular Mojito, so you can sip away and feel that little bit less guilty!
Zesty lime wedges muddled with mint, Bacardi Superior Rum and Agave syrup, topped up with a dash of soda and served over lots of crushed ice. The agave syrup is our "skinny" ingredient; a honey-like syrup alternative to sugar.
