Browns 50th Anniversary.

Since we first opened in Brighton 50 years ago, we've welcomed thousands of guests, offering homemade, comforting British classics and exciting seasonal creations, alongside an unrivaled choice of cocktails, wine and Champagne. We now occupy prime spots in historic and culturally rich towns and cities across the UK, often in beautiful landmark buildings, including Cambridge’s Old Addenbrooke’s Hospital and Covent Garden’s former Westminster County Court.

During our 50^th year we’ve seen the reopening of Browns Covent Garden and Spey Whisky & Cocktail Bar in the heart of the West End, raised a royal toast during the coronation and have been delighted to introduce our iconic 50^th Anniversary Afternoon Tea and four hand-crafted cocktails, including the Lemon Bon Bon Bellini and the Brighton Original.
