Alongside several bookable spaces and semi-private areas within the bar and brasserie, we have The Courtrooms: a collection of private rooms and large function rooms accessed via sweeping staircases (or lift), steeped in history with original features, all reflective or our building's former life as Westminster County Court.
We specialise in group bookings and celebrations, and with menus ranging from five course feasts to buffets and canapés, coupled with our impressive selection of cocktails, wine and Champagne, you can be confident your guests will be well catered for.

This magnificent room was formerly the main courtroom of Westminster County Court, featuring the original Judge’s bench from where convicts were sent to the cells that now serve as our wine cellars.
Holding a civil wedding licence, the room can be laid out to suit most occasions, and with a large screen and projector, along with plenty of natural daylight, the room is perfect for both corporate and social use.

This stunning courtroom once dealt with births, deaths and marriages and it retains many original features with skylights, chandeliers and the original judge’s bench.
This is the second largest of the Courtrooms and can be configured to suit most social or business occasions, with a large screen and projector available. The Barrister’s Court offers plenty of natural light in the day, and a simply magical atmosphere in the evening.

Offering a more informal style than the main Courtrooms, the Judge’s Chamber can be hired individually or joined up with the adjoining Study.
We can arrange the room to suit almost any occasion, from a sit down meal to a corporate theatre-style presentation or business meeting. The room also features a plasma TV, along with plenty of natural daylight and is perfect for both corporate and social use.

The smallest of our private rooms, The Study is an ideal venue for a small dinner party or private meeting.
This intimate event room can be hired on its own or combined with the adjoining Judge’s Chambers to make it a larger event space for corporate events, social celebrations or weddings.
The Study also features a plasma TV, with capacity for 12 guests, along with plenty of natural daylight.
