Try our fabulous new Champagne cocktail, the beautiful Berry Bramble Bellini, with Cîroc Red Berry Vodka, raspberry and Moët & Chandon Impérial Champagne. Our Banoffee Mai Tai will transport you to warmer climes, with the delicious rich flavours of Discarded Banana Peel Rum mixed with salted caramel, lime and Martini Rosso. For more sweet berry bliss, don’t miss our Black Forest Martini, with Sipsmith Gin, White Heron British Cassis, cherry and shaved chocolate. And finally our Orange Monkey is a citrussy delight, with Monkey Shoulder whisky, Cointreau and Fever-Tree Blood Orange Soda.

At Browns Victoria you’ll find exciting spirits that make a positive impact and they taste amazing too. A great one to try, is Discarded Banana Peel Rum, with notes of cinnamon and butterscotch, delicious.
Our latest addition to the collection is Discarded Grape Skin Vodka, made with grapes recovered from wine-making, with flavours of crisp green apple, pear, guava, and star fruit, while also maintaining the flavour of the Chardonnay grape.
