Try our fabulous new Champagne cocktail, the tangy Rhubarb Fizz, with Chase Rhubarb & Bramley Apple Gin, lemon and Moët & Chandon Impérial Champagne. Our Apricot Mai Tai will help you welcome to sun, with the delicious rich flavours of Appleton Estate Rum mixed with apricot, orgeat and lime. For a light fresh flavour, don’t miss our Elderflower & Apple Martini, with Absolut Blue Vodka, St Germain Elderflower Liqueur, and hints of apple, lemon & fennel. And finally our Springtime Bramble, perfect for a sunny day. With Bombay Bramble Gin, Moose Peach Botanical Spirit, finished with apricot & lemon.

At Browns Liverpool you’ll find exciting spirits that make a positive impact and they taste amazing too. A great one to try, is Discarded Banana Peel Rum, with notes of cinnamon and butterscotch, delicious.
Our latest addition to the collection is Discarded Grape Skin Vodka, made with grapes recovered from wine-making, with flavours of crisp green apple, pear, guava, and star fruit, while also maintaining the flavour of the Chardonnay grape.
