A warm welcome awaits you at Browns Manchester

Browns in Manchester is the converted Athenaeum, formerly one of the city’s most famous pubs and originally the imposing banking hall of Parrs Bank. Designed by Charles Heathcote in 1902, it’s a lovely example of Edwardian baroque architecture with some beautiful art nouveau detailing, particularly in the wrought iron work.

We’re right at the heart of this friendly and welcoming city centre.

Join us for a relaxing, brasserie brunch, lunch, afternoon tea or dinner, made with quality, fresh, seasonal ingredients. Or if you don’t fancy a meal, our expert, friendly teams will look after you in our stylish cocktail bar area, where you can enjoy a crafted cocktail (or two), a glass of fine wine or Champagne and graze on some delicious bar snacks. However you spend your time in our Manchester restaurant, you can be certain it will be time well spent.
