Many guests joined us in August 2019 at Browns Edinburgh to enjoy a long weekend in style with fresh oysters and Champagne on Friday and our tender Chateaubriand on Saturday, served alongside grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, crunchy asparagus, golden onion rings, and fries — perfectly suited for sharing between two. Then we served up our traditional roasts on the Sunday including fresh fish specials which were available throughout the bank holiday weekend.
