Festive Terms and Conditions

For Festive bookings of ten or more:

  • By completing your reservation, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions.

  • Please be aware that reserved areas for drinks parties do not always include seating, some areas may be designated as standing areas only

  • A deposit of £10 per person is required. The deposit must be paid in full to confirm the booking. If you don’t pay your deposit, you will lose your table/booking.

  • Payment of your deposit must be made in full on the day you make your reservation. Any deposit will be redeemed against the outstanding balance payable on your booking date.

  • Depending on the size of your group and the area chosen, there may be a minimum spend required but this will be outlined to you by the Brasserie itself on a case by case basis

  • You are given a 2-hour duration. You may be asked to vacate your table after this time if your table is needed for any reason, or in some Brasseries, you may be asked to finish your meal in the bar area.

  • Pre-orders of menu items must be made no later than 14 days prior to the booking date for tables over 10. If the preorder is not completed by this time, orders will be accepted entirely at the Chef’s discretion, and subject to availability

  • Once your pre-order is complete, you will liable for the full price of your pre-order.

  • Decorations may be allowed (subject to health and safety requirements and our discretion) but please advise us of any special requirements prior to confirmation of your booking

  • Any changes to your pre-order or booking numbers must be made no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation time. No refunds will be made for any amendments made after this time

  • The booking time is the time at which we will aim to seat you. If you wish to have a drink at the bar beforehand, please allow yourself time in advance of your allocated booking time

  • Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your seating requests, please be aware that larger parties may be seated over more than one table. Please speak to us prior to booking if you have any specific queries about your seating arrangements.

  • Deposits are only refundable at the Manager’s discretion (ordinarily a minimum 14 days’ notice of cancellation is required, and we must be able to reallocate your cancelled table/room/party to an equivalent subsequent booking). All items are subject to 10% discretionary gratuity. Gratuities are fairly distributed among the team who prepare and serve our meals, from chef in the kitchen to the server at your table.

  • We reserve the right to reallocate booked tables and retain your deposit if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time However if you are running late, please inform us immediately and we will do our best to complete your meal within the turn time, but we cannot guarantee this and you may be asked to move tables in order to finish your meal

  • If you wish to pay by BACS transfer, there is a minimum payment requirement of £2000.
     

Booking Policy Christmas Day:

  • A member of our team will be in touch to take your deposit of 50% off the total bill. If you don’t pay your deposit, you will lose your table/booking. Full payment must be made by the 14th December.

  • You are given a 2-hour 30-minute table duration. You may be asked to vacate your table after this time if the table is needed for any reason, or in some Brasseries, you may be asked to finish your meal in the bar area.

  • Payment of your deposit must be made in full on the day you make your reservation. Any deposit will be redeemed against the outstanding balance payable.

  • The balance of your Christmas Day booking payment must be made in full no later than 14th December 2019.

  • Depending on the size of your group and the area chosen, there may be a minimum spend required but this will be outlined to you by the Brasserie itself on a case by case basis
