Making a Difference

We’re always looking for new ways to better the environmental impact of our brasseries and bars. Every day, we make small changes that we hope will have a long-lasting impact on our planet – we’re determined to keep making improvements and sustainable choices.

We’re proud to work with charity partner Shelter and sustainable drinks brands such as Discarded and Fever-Tree to reduce waste and lower our carbon footprint.

Our Charity Partnerships with Shelter and Social Bite

We donate 50p from every Browns Afternoon Tea to Shelter, the housing and homelessness charity. We’re incredibly proud to have so far raised £32,605 for  Shelter , who believe everyone should have a home and help those struggling with bad housing or homelessness.

We also partner with Social Bite , another charitable movement dedicated to ending homelessness, raising £6,523 with our festival of kindness.

Looking ahead, our commitment to charitable endeavours remains unwavering in 2024, as we aspire to surpass our previous donations and make an even greater impact.

Browns x Discarded

At Browns you’ll find exciting spirits that make a positive impact, and they taste amazing too. Try “Discarded” Banana Peel Rum, with notes of cinnamon and butterscotch, Discarded Grape Skin Vodka, made with grapes recovered from wine-making, and Moose Peach Spirit, who plant three trees for every bottle sold. Find them all on our cocktail list or enjoy with your favourite Fever-Tree mixer.
