In 1973 when the very first Browns opened its doors, it did so with the simple belief that classic food, well delivered in a stylish environment would be a recipe for success – a belief that remains unchanged.
The varied selection of chilled continental beers, extensive wine list, champagne and signature cocktails ensure that the bar is a firm favourite, allowing Browns to make you feel equally at home whether having a quick drink or enjoying a special occasion.

Browns Bar & Brasserie's menu has been developed using our in-house team of chefs and a number of food panels recruited from our regular guests who were keen to be involved to give us valuable feedback. We have a great range of dishes to compliment the season with plenty of our favourites and classics plus at least four specials everyday in addition to the regular menu. We are passionate about our cocktails and our new list includes over 40 to choose from. We showcase a range of these every Monday to Wednesday on our Martini Nights when you can choose from a selection from the range at £3.50.
