Our cattle are raised on farms in prime cattle-rearing regions across the UK and Ireland, within Red Tractor or Bord Bia Farm assurance schemes.
We source to an exacting standard of breed, age and confirmation, matured for 30 days to perfection, and cut in a single facility to a precise specification that produce steaks of constant tenderness and succulence.
