We work closely with our independent farmers and fishermen to serve top quality, ethically produced food. Our steaks come from cattle raised on our own farms, so we can be sure they are high welfare, sustainably-reared, fully traceable and 100% British.
From laid back brunches to lavish afternoon tea, and light lunches to indulgent feasts, we offer daily fresh market fish, and fillet steak surf & turf, fresh lobster and sharing côte de boeuf on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Catering for all dietary needs, our innovative vegan and vegetarian dishes offer deliciously satisfying plant-based options, and we’re proud to have a full gluten free menu, accredited by Coeliac UK.
Since 2013, we’ve been rearing high welfare cattle for Browns on our multi enterprise farm in South West England.
We grow our own quality crops and forage that feed our cows, giving us complete control while minimising reliance on bought-in feed. This helps us operate sustainably while ensuring that our beef is of the finest quality.
