As a proud member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association, we take great care to source our produce responsibly, ensuring optimum animal welfare, while limiting food miles to minimise our carbon footprint.
We have close relationships with our independent farmers and fishermen, and work with them every step of the way to ensure we serve the best quality food, produced in the most ethical way we can. All of our steaks come from cattle raised on our own farms, so we can be sure that they are high welfare, sustainably-reared, fully traceable and 100% British.
From laid back brunches to lavish afternoon tea, we serve all day and into the evening, complementing our menu with unmissable specials including fresh market fish delivered daily, fresh lobster on Thursdays and fresh Pyefleet oysters on Fridays. Weekends meanwhile are all about our divine Browns Farm steaks and sumptuous Sunday roast.
Catering for all dietary needs, our innovative vegan and vegetarian dishes offer more than just meat-free alternatives, and we’re incredibly proud to have a full standalone gluten free menu, accredited by Coeliac UK.

Since 2013, we’ve been rearing high welfare cattle for Browns on our multi enterprise farm in South West England. We grow our own quality crops and forage that feed our cows, giving us complete control while minimising reliance on bought-in feed. This helps us operate sustainably while ensuring that our beef is of the finest quality.
